Q: What happens if i change my plan?
Cancellation of any plans can take place at any time. Cancellations will not be subject to refunds but no further subscriptions will be taken from the following billing period.
Q: What do I get with my free trial?
For 30 days you can manage 1 property free of charge. That means you can perform trial: Right to rent; Inventory; Check-In; Interim and Check-Out reports. Please note: A watermark will be placed across reports until a paid annual or monthly subscription is made.
Q: What happens if I start a report and don't finish it?
That's no problem at all. Tablet Inventories allows you to save your reports along the way. Save to your device if you're offline.
Q: Can I edit my report after it's been sent to a tenant??
No. The report becomes closed for editing, until the tenant either disagrees with the contents or confirms the report as accurate. If the tenant confirms the report as accurate then the report is closed and saved.
